Product Feature: Off-Platform Shipment Tracking

With Cargobase, we consolidate off-platform shipments, enabling you to monitor all shipments within a single platform and get notified of shipment updates.

Occasionally, shippers may have shipments that are not booked in Cargobase but still need to be tracked, for example, from a supplier or customer. Typically, you’ll get a tracking number and that’s about it, requiring you to then proactively go to dierent tracking websites to track the status of these shipments.

However, with Cargobase, we consolidate this process, enabling you to monitor all shipments within a single platform and get notified of shipment updates.

How it works

To utilise this feature, create a new shipment entry and input the corresponding provider and tracking number details. Once completed, this shipment will seamlessly integrate into Cargobase's tracking system, allowing shippers to manage it alongside all other shipments.
