Day 1 - Internal Kickoff
A 60min conference-call with internal stakeholders and champions to determine your process flow, customizations, roll-out plan and a go-live date.
Day 3 - LSP Invitation
Select, notify and invite your preferred LSPs (logistics service providers) to connect to your account on Cargobase. LSPs simply complete a short form with their usernames and contact details.
Day 7 - Setup & Training
Cargobase creates user profiles, configures all LSP profiles, and commence training with all relevant shipper and provider staff. Training is typically done virtually, with all necessary and additional training materials and resources provided. This is usually completed in less than a week.
Day 14 - GO LIVE
You're all set! We understand the first few days are critical, and be assured that our Customer Success Team is available 24/7 to proactively help and assist operations, get your feedback, and resolve any challenges.
Review & Evaluate
