Cargobase, the online platform for spot-buy freight, has successfully launched a German version of its platform. This highly anticipated update is welcomed by its German-speaking market.
Since its launch in 2014, Cargobase has been interacting with its growing base of enterprise users to better understand areas of improvement. Although the English language is commonplace in the logistics industry, Cargobase is aware that 95% of its users are operational staff from all over the world, across a span of roles, and nationalities, where English may not be their first language. As 70% of Cargobase activities are generated by the automotive hi-tech industries, industries where German-speaking countries still have a strong foothold, it is only fitting to launch a German version of the platform.
Cargobase prides itself as an end-to-end platform that supports all stakeholders across the entire spot-buy freight process. “We value feedback from all our users. They give us direction, inspiration, and help to shape what our business will become in the future. As we prepare our business to enter “global mode”, we recognize that in order to truly “be global”, we must first “be local””. – Wiebe Helder, CEO Cargobase
The German version of the Cargobase platform is now available.
